Design and Implementation of Music Recommendation System Based on Hadoop

In order to solve the problem of information overload of music system under large data background, this paper studies the design scheme of distributed music recommendation system based on Hadoop. The proposed algorithm is based on the MapReduce distributed computing framework, which has high scalability and performance, and can be applied to the calculation and analysis of off-line data efficiently. The music recommendation system designed in this paper also includes client, server interface

A Collaborative Filtering Recommendation Algorithm with Improved Similarity Calculation

In order to improve the accuracy of the proposed algorithm in collaborative filtering recommendation system, an Improved Pearson collaborative filtering (IP-CF) algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm uses the user portrait, item characteristics and data of user behavior to compute the baseline predictors model. Instead of the traditional algorithm’s similarity calculation, the prediction model is used to improve the accuracy of the recommendation algorithm. Experimental results on

RECOMMENDER ALGORITHMS BASED ON BOOSTING ENSEMBLE LEARNING

This article introduces ensemble learning algorithms in recommender systems, and in boosting algorithm framework of this article, shows how to filter the basic recommendation algorithm according to the characteristics of boosting algorithm. By comparing the rational choice of the two recommended boosting algorithm is applied to the frame. And then it determines the main parameters of the algorithm through the experiments, ultimately to obtain a more effective integration of the recommendation

Conceptions of Giftedness in a Global, Modern World: Where are We at in Aotearoa New Zealand, 2012?

paper reviews some of the current debates around the concept of giftedness and talent and relates these trends to concepts described in the New Zealand based literature of the last decade. The lack of common conceptualisations of giftedness in New Zealand is questioned with a recommendation that teachers are helped to become more knowledgeable about current conceptualisations which in turn may provide them with a sounder framework for underpinning pedagogical decisions.

Diagnosis of epilepsy – consequences for work and professional activities

assessment an individual recommendation was made relating to continuation of employment. The project NEA established regional teams of physicians, therapists, consultants from social services, employment offices and rehabilitation authorities across Germany in order to link by networks the complex medical and social aspects of reducing the risk of people with epilepsy losing their job. Results. It was shown that support and consultation through the NEA team led to an endangered position of employment
